He was called in 1987 by Desarrollo Integral de Puerto Escondido, S.A. de C.V., a company with French capital participation, to begin the integration and legal structure of the “Puerto Escondido” project in Loreto, BCS, which concluded in September 1988 with the signing of 6 Real Estate Trusts with FONATUR. In this group, he was in charge of the creation of legal structures for five large tourism projects in French co-investment, two in Bahía de Banderas, State of Nayarit, one in Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo and two more in the Port of Acapulco, State of Guerrero. V., empresa con participación de capital francés para iniciar la integración y estructura legal del proyecto “Puerto Escondido” en Loreto, B.C.S., que concluyó en septiembre de 1988 con la firma de 6 Fideicomisos Inmobiliarios con FONATUR. En este grupo, se hizo cargo de la creación de estructuras legales de cinco grandes proyectos turísticos en coinversión francesa, dos en Bahía de Banderas, Estado de Nayarit, uno en Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo y dos más en el Puerto de Acapulco, Estado de Guerrero.
